Why didn't I get called today?

We may have the wrong phone number on file. Please let us know by filling out the support form.

 

What do I do if I don't answer my phone in time?

Simply call the number for your group.  Your group call in number is provided in your welcome package.  No dial in code is necessary.  For a list of number by group go to: http://www.telesangha.com/dial-in-numbers

 

Why did I get dropped from the call?

Why don't I get any emails?

Sometimes emails will get routed to various folders or spam.  First search all your emails for “telesangha” and make sure the address admin [at] telesangha.com is added to your contacts or safe email list.

How do I update my payment information?

Visit the customer portal at: https://telesangha.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login

If you have visited the portal before enter your email and password.  If it’s your first time click on the link “New user? Get your signup link here” and enter the email address that you used to create your Telesangha account.  You will be emailed instructions on how to proceed.

 

How do I change my group/ teacher?

You're welcome to drop into any teacher's class at any time without officially changing your class. If you would like to change your primary teacher and group complete the support form and include the name and time for the group you’d like to be switched to.  

 

How do I update the phone number I'm called on?

Complete and submit the  support form using your current registered information.  Include your request to update your phone number along with the new phone number.

 

How do I update my email address?

Complete and submit the support form using your current registered information. include your request to update your email address along with the new email address.

 

I'm going on vacation, how do I request my account be temporarily suspended?

Make sure to let your teacher known first.  Then complete and submit the support form with the dates that you’d like to suspend your account.

 

How do I dial into a call?

What is the conference call dial in code?

No dial in code is necessary. Simply call the number for your group.  Your group call in number is provided in your welcome package.  

 

Can I connect using my computer?

Telesangha supports joining the call via computer.   Your group weblink is provided in your welcome package. For a list of conference URLs by group, to go http://www.telesangha.com/dial-in-numbers. You will need to create a free UberConference profile to login using your computer, but it is quick and easy.

 

Is there a phone number for support?

Support is provided via email.  If we are unable to resolve the issue over email we will coordinate a call with you.

 

How do I contact my teacher / group lead?

Teachers and group members are accessible via the group email address.  Your group email address is provided in your welcome package.
