For those of you who are interested in developing a daily meditation practice, I am offering live guided 30 minute meditations sessions at [TIME] through Telesangha, a service that offers daily guided meditation with the support of a live, active community. If you can’t make my sessions, Telesangha offers a variety of session times with fully certified meditation instructors.
Participants are called a couple of minutes before the session starts and are automatically connected to their group. Once the 30 minute session begins, the teacher provides a guided meditation every weekend morning. There is also opportunity to ask questions about meditation and to connect with others in your group.
You can try out Telesangha for a week for free, and monthly subscriptions are pay-what-you-can, starting at just $12.95 after the first week. If you choose to pay more, the additional contribution goes straight to the teacher.
Spaces are now open for [NEXT MONTH]. If you’re interested, you can read more at telesangha.com, and register with invite code [YOUR NAME].
